Our role is to assist NDIS participants with their funding and financial arrangements, including processing claims and payments. We take the stress off you by acting on your behalf to facilitate payments from service providers, and giving you the confidence that invoices are processed on time.

We can create a usage summary of current supports to identify underspending or overspending of funding within your plan.

Monthly statements are emailed to you each month so you can review funding that has been spent and see the remaining balances. You can also use our participant portal to get up to date balances.

Budgeting creates a spending forecast for your plan so you won’t run out of funding. It also ensures you receive the most supports possible from your funding.

Approving invoices with a click of a button puts you in total control of which invoices get paid. It allows you to note down queries for service charges you are unsure about which means your funding is not being used on services you didn’t receive.

Whether it be funding alerts or old payments coming back to cause issues, we will let you know, as we see importance in keeping you notified with what’s occurring within your plan finances.
